Matt Miller, DVM, DACVIM
Matt Miller, DVM, DACVIM, is a cardiology consultant to VETMED. He received his doctorate degree in veterinary medicine from The Ohio State University in 1984 and his Masters of Science degree from the same university in 1993. He completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at the West Los Angeles Veterinary Medical Group from 1984-1985 and a cardiology residency at the Ohio State University from 1985-1988.
Dr. Miller became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Cardiology) in 1988. He is currently Professor of Cardiology in The Department of Small Animal Veterinary Clinical Sciences in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University. He is a Charter Fellow of the Michael E. DeBakey Institute of Comparative Cardiovascular Science and Biomedical Devices, and a staff cardiologist for the Texas Veterinary Medical Center.
Once a month, Dr. Miller sees patients at VETMED to provide cardiology consultaitons for dogs and cats.
