VETMED has a talented and dedicated staff of veterinary technicians and front office receptionists that work hard every day to make sure patients feel welcome and cared for during their visit.
Most staff members have furry family members in their homes so they understand how difficult it is for clients to leave their dogs and cats at a veterinary office. The technicians are specially trained to not only ensure the safety and physical well-being of each animal during procedures, they go the extra mile to give each patient love and attention during their stay whether it is for 1 hour or a several days.
Veterinary technicians are supervised by the veterinarians, they assist in performing a wide variety of tasks related to laboratory and clinical procedures. They do not diagnose, prescribe or perform surgery.
The front office staff ensures that all scheduling and billing goes smoothly before, during and after a patient’s visit.
