The founder, Dr. Robertson, believes that employees need to be treated fairly and with respect at all times. That is the foundation for our ability to effectively care for patients and interact with customers. We pay special attention to attracting employees that genuinely like their jobs and we let them do those jobs. So that means we allow them to take responsibility for their roles and decisions in getting the job done.
