24-Hour Care
VETMED provides a 24-hour critical care service for patients that need to be continually monitored after surgery or when critically ill. This service is primarily for patients seen through one of our services, but also is available for your pet when seen by your regular veterinarian.
During the evening hours, we have a licensed veterinarian at the clinic to monitor all patients. They check vital signs and provide continuous monitoring so your pet remains comfortable and stable. Should problems arise the critical care veterinarian can discuss any changes with the primary staff veterinarian who initially examined your pet.
VETMED does not currently offer 24-hour emergency veterinary care. If your pet has an emergency after hours, please take them to your nearest 24-hour veterinary hospital. Following is a clinic close by:
