Dr. Reeves attended Colorado State University Veterinary School and then completed a rigorous small animal Emergency and Critical Care internship and residency at Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center. He subsequently achieved board certification as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (DACVECC).

Dr. Reeves is passionate about advancing patient care through innovation and collaboration. His professional interests include mechanical ventilation, extracorporeal therapies, emergency surgery, and interventional radiology. He particularly enjoys learning and implementing advanced techniques and new procedures that expand the capabilities of veterinary emergency and critical care medicine.

Away from the hospital, he enjoys spending time with his 2 cattle dogs, 3 cats, 1 horse, and soon-to-be wife (who is also a veterinarian). He loves backpacking, climbing, building, and fishing.
